Make this falafel salad fun in a bento‑style lunchbox. It’s perfect for toddlers and kids who love meals with many separate components. Use ready‑made falafel or make our falafel with edamame.

Ingredients

    or lentils (we used red and white quinoa)

Step-by-step instructions

    Divide the grains among the lunchboxes. In each, place the vegetables, falafel, a spoonful of hummus and a drizzle of oil if using, or arrange the ingredients in the bento‑style compartments. Add a lemon wedge to each box to be squeezed before eating.
