How to store
Fresh nettles are best used immediately. If storing, wrap loosely in a damp paper towel and place in a plastic bag in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For longer storage, blanch the nettles for 1-2 minutes, then freeze them. Dried nettles can be stored in an airtight container in a cool, dark place for up to a year.
