Ingredients

4 serv.
  • pouch ready-to-eat mixed grains250g g
  • leftover ham280g g

    shredded or cut into chunks

  • bag watercress100g g
  • small fennel bulb1

    thinly sliced

  • hazelnuts50g g

    toasted and roughly chopped

  • parsleysmall bunch

    roughly chopped

  • dried cranberries1 ½ tbsp tbsp

    roughly chopped

  • extra virgin olive oil2 tbsp tbsp
  • clementinezest 1

    zest 1 and juice of 2

  • Dijon mustard2 ½ tsp tsp
  • clear honeygood drizzle of

    good drizzle of

Step-by-step instructions

    For the dressing, put all the ingredients in a jar, along with some seasoning, pop on the lid and give it a really good shake.

    Tip the grains into a large bowl and toss through the ham, watercress, fennel, hazelnuts and parsley. Just before serving, pour over the dressing and gently toss to combine. Transfer to a serving platter and scatter over the dried cranberries.
