Slow cook pork shoulder and you'll be rewarded with beautifully tender, fall-apart meat. Make your own barbecue sauce and serve piled onto buns with slaw
Put all of the sauce ingredients in a slow cooker and mix to combine. Add the pork and turn over a few times to coat in the sauce. Cook on high for 4-5 hrs or low for 7-8 hrs until the pork is easily pulled apart.
Remove the pork from the slow cooker, tip into a bowl and shred it with two forks, then stir the meat back into the sauce in the slow cooker. Serve piled onto buns with slaw, if you like.
