    for greasing

  • figs6
  • soft goat cheese200 g
  • radicchio1 head
  • walnuts85 g

    chunks

  • olive oil6 tbsp
  • balsamic vinegar3 tbsp

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 1

Preheat the oven: 160 °C with convection, 180 °C conventional, gas – 4. If the tray is not non‑stick, line it with foil and lightly grease with oil.

  2. 2

Cut the figs into quarters, starting almost from the top, and place them on the prepared foil. On each fig half place a slice of soft goat cheese. Bake for 10–15 minutes until the cheese melts and browns.

  3. 3

While the figs bake, prepare the sauce: in a bowl whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar and spices until smooth. On plates arrange radicchio leaves, then place the baked figs on them, sprinkle with chopped walnuts, drizzle with the sauce and serve warm or at room temperature.
