Make juicy meatballs from pork sausage and beef mince in an air fryer—quick, hassle‑free, and impressive even to gourmets. Serve with a fragrant tomato sauce and your favorite pasta or as a hearty sandwich.
Squeeze the meat out of the sausage casings into a large bowl, add the remaining ingredients, a pinch of salt and a few pinches of black pepper. Mix thoroughly by hand, crushing everything into a homogeneous mixture. The better the ingredients are combined, the less likely the meatballs will fall apart during cooking.
Shape the mixture into 20–25 walnut‑sized balls, place them on a plate or tray, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C. Transfer the chilled meatballs to the basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding, and cook for 10–12 minutes, until they develop a golden crust and are fully cooked. If needed, cook in batches or shake the basket halfway through. Serve with tomato sauce and pasta or as a sandwich.
