Try cauliflower tossed in a spicy Buffalo sauce—a flavorful, crunchy snack that lifts any meal. Cooked in an air fryer, it becomes a culinary masterpiece in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • sweet smoked paprika1 ст. л. tbsp
  • ground cumin1 ст. л. tbsp
  • granulated garlic½ ст. л. tbsp
  • plain flour50 г g
  • buttermilk200 г g

  • medium cauliflower1

    (about 750 g), leaves removed and florets cut

  • hot sauce100 г g
  • olive oil1 ст. л. tbsp
  • honey1 ст. л. tbsp

    or maple syrup

Step-by-step instructions

    In a large bowl, combine the smoked paprika, ground cumin, granulated garlic, flour, buttermilk, a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper, mixing thoroughly until a homogeneous batter forms. Add the cauliflower florets and coat them with the batter.

    Spread the cauliflower florets in the air‑fryer basket in a single layer, shaking off excess batter. Cook in batches if necessary. Roast at 200 °C for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the edges are browned.

    Meanwhile, in a large bowl whisk together the hot sauce, olive oil and honey (or maple syrup). Add the cooked cauliflower, gently toss so each piece is evenly coated with the sauce. Return the cauliflower to the air‑fryer basket and cook for another 6–9 minutes until heated through and golden.
