Sauté the onion in butter in a dry pan until it turns golden.
Add the rice and dill stems, spread evenly and stir.
Pour in the vegetable broth, bring to a boil, cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the beans and half of the dill leaves, cook for another 5 minutes until the rice absorbs all the liquid.
Meanwhile, in a separate bowl combine Greek yogurt, milk and minced garlic, season to taste.
Spread the yogurt mixture over the finished pilaf and sprinkle with the remaining dill.
