A sweet Christmas stuffing combining juicy apricots, crunchy pecans and aromatic spices. Make it once and store in the freezer for up to three months.

Melt the butter in a large skillet, add the onion and celery, and sauté until they become soft.
Add the apricots and garlic, cook for another 2‑3 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the pecan nuts and ground nutmeg, mix and sauté until the nuts are toasted. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool.
To the cooled mixture add the breadcrumbs, Christmas sweet stuffing, egg, chopped thyme, parsley, 1 tsp salt and a generous amount of black pepper. Mix well, divide the mass into 4 portions, place them in freezer bags and store for up to 3 months.
