I was served this sauce at a hotel restaurant in Loreto, Mexico last year, with chips and queso fundido. I think I was there best customer for the rest of my stay!

Ingredients

medium onion↗1
jalapeno chilies↗4
mayonnaise↗1 1⁄2 cups
milk↗1 cup
very fresh scallops↗1⁄2 lb
Worcestershire sauce↗10 drops
salt and pepper

Step-by-step instructions

Coarsely chop onion and chilies.

Add all ingredients except salt and pepper to blender, blend on hi speed until smooth.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.
