Copycat Planet Hollywood Creole Mustard Sauce

• Worcestershire sauce↗1
• red wine vinegar↗1 teaspoon
• water↗1 teaspoon
• cayenne pepper↗1⁄2 teaspoon
• salt↗1⁄2 teaspoon
• green onion, sliced in 1/4 inch pieces↗1 tablespoon
