sugar↗1 cup
cocoa↗1⁄2 cup
baking soda↗1 teaspoon
flour, sifted↗1 1⁄2 cups
egg↗1
vanilla↗1 teaspoon
oil1⁄2 cup
salt↗1⁄2 teaspoon
boiling water1⁄2 cup
sour milk↗1⁄2 cup
to sour, add 1/2 tsp. vinegar or lemon juice

Combine in any order, the result is the same. Mix with electric mixer. Bake 5 minutes.
