This chicken soup with noodles is suitable for two small children. For adults or if your children are older, use one packet of noodles each, add more broth and a whole egg.
Place the noodles in a pot (do not add the flavored packet). Pour in the broth, bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat until cooked (follow the package instructions for cooking time).
Remove the noodles from the pot and divide them into two bowls. Return the broth to the pot and bring to a gentle boil, add the chicken and cook until heated through. Remove the chicken with a slotted spoon and place it in the bowls. Warm the sweet corn or prepare peas or beans in the broth, bringing to a boil if needed, then pour into the bowls.
Meanwhile, boil the egg in a pot of boiling water for 6 minutes. Carefully remove, cool under cold water, then peel and cut in half. Add one half of the egg to each bowl, then bring the broth to a gentle boil and pour it over the noodles. Optionally add a few drops of sesame oil.
