Lemon Sesame Dressing

This is a light but very flavorful dressing that can be used on any type of greens and various veggies or even on fruit salads. Another one that I've had for ages-cut it out from an ad or brochure I think.

Ingredients

8 serv.
  • salad oil2⁄3 cup
  • fresh squeezed lemon juice3 tablespoons
  • vinegar2 tablespoons
  • toasted sesame seeds2 tablespoons

    (I usually use 1 Tbs. or slightly less)

  • sugar1 tablespoon
  • salt1⁄2 teaspoon

Step-by-step instructions

    In covered container, combine all ingredients.

    Chill.

    Shake well before using, after bringing to room temp.
