Glazed Pork Chops and Apples

Ingredients

  • oil2 tablespoons
  • boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick8
  • apple juice1 cup
  • brown mustard1⁄2 cup
  • packed brown sugar1⁄2 cup
  • fresh rosemary needles, crushed1⁄4 teaspoon
  • green apples or 2 red apples, cut into small chunks2
  • salt and pepper

Step-by-step instructions

    Heat 2 tablespoon oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.

    Cook pork chops for 5 minutes or until browned on both sides.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Bring to a full boil and reduce heat to medium.

    Simmer, uncovered, for 8 to 10 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center and sauce thickens slightly, stirring occasionally.
