  Or another amaretto

  juiced (need 120 ml of juice)

• egg white↗1

Step-by-step instructions

   Add Disaronno, lemon juice, egg white, and 4 cl of cherry syrup to a shaker; if needed, you can use a large blender, but without ice it must be shaken vigorously.

   Shake the mixture several times on high speed until it becomes pale and increases in volume. If your device can handle ice, add a few ice cubes and shake briefly again to chill the drink. If not, simply stir the ice in the shaker until the outside of the container cools.

   Pour the finished cocktail into chilled glasses and garnish with a cherry before serving.
