10-Minute Peanut Butter Fudge

This quick 10‑minute peanut butter fudge uses crushed Saltine crackers, creating the perfect balance of salty and sweet. It's truly addictive!

Ingredients

12 serv.
  • sugar2 cups
  • milk0.5 cups
  • butter3 tablespoons
  • Saltine crackers, finely ground in a food processor or blender (see notes)30
  • vanilla1 teaspoons
  • peanut butter1.25 cups
  • chocolate chips1.5 cups
  • coarse sea salt

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 1

Grind the crackers into a fine crumb, depending on how crunchy you want the fudge. Transfer them to a large bowl and add the peanut butter.

  2. 2

In a saucepan over medium‑low heat, combine sugar, milk, and butter. When the mixture starts to boil, set a timer for 1 minute. It will rise slightly with foam. After 1 minute, remove the pan from heat and immediately pour the mixture over the crackers with peanut butter. Add vanilla and stir until a smooth, soft dough forms.

  3. 3

Spread the dough into a 9‑inch glass baking dish (or another dish), line with parchment paper if needed. Let cool for at least 1 hour or until the mass is firm enough to cut into squares – it hardens quickly in the refrigerator.

  4. 4

Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle them over the fudge. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
