  • ginger wine25ml ml
  • blended scotch↗40ml ml
  • lemon↗strip of pared

    strip of pared, zest, to serve

    Put a few ice cubes in a rocks glass, then pour over the ginger wine and scotch. Stir gently to combine, then serve with a strip of freshly pared lemon zest.
