Ingredients

cups sugar↗2
cup corn oil↗1⁄2
cups cake flour↗2
tablespoons cocoa powder↗4
teaspoons vanilla↗2
cup chocolate chips↗1

Step-by-step instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Stir in one ingredient at a time. Sounds silly, but it is very important!

Bake for 40 minutes.
