Ingredients

  • lean minced lamb500g g

    pack

  • onion1

    finely chopped

  • curry paste3 tbsp tbsp

    (we used korma)

  • coriander

    small bunch, chopped

  • fat-free yogurt150ml ml
  • mint2 tbsp tbsp

    chopped

  • garlic clove1

    crushed

  • herb salad120g g

    bag

  • Indian-style breads (e.g., naan)

Step-by-step instructions

    Preheat the oven to 220°C (200°C fan, gas 7). In a medium bowl, combine the lamb, onion, curry paste and most of the coriander with some seasoning. Shape 2–3 tbsp of the lamb mixture around skewers to form kebabs and place them on a baking tray.

    Bake for 15–20 minutes until cooked through. Mix the yogurt, mint and garlic. Warm the breads according to the package instructions and serve with the leaves, remaining coriander, the kebabs and the yogurt.
