It can be used with skirt steak, flank, chicken any cut, pork chops or tenderloin, even fish. Steak, chicken and pork of course the longer the marinade the better, but even 2 hours with this is great. Longer the better. Marinade -- Mix all in a large baggie and add your beef or poultry or pork and let marinade 3, 4, 8, or 12 hours. 2 hours will give you good flavor, 8 will give you amazing flavor, but regardless, tender and a easy quick marinade. Just grill your and enjoy!
