Homemade Rocky Road Ice Cream

• 2% low-fat milk↗2 cups
• heavy whipping cream↗2 cups
• sugar↗1 cup
• salt↗1⁄2 teaspoon
• vanilla extract↗1 teaspoon
• miniature marshmallows1 1⁄2 cups

  or if you REALLY like them you can use half a bag like I do!

• sliced almonds↗2⁄3 cup
• unsweetened cocoa↗1⁄2 cup

Step-by-step instructions

   Mix all ingrediants together in cylinder of ice cream maker; freeze according to manufacturers directions.

   Allow to set in freezer for 2-4 hours.
