Indulge in these chocolate tiffin bites filled with milk and dark chocolate, raisins and biscuits. Warning: they disappear quickly!
Grease and line a 15–20 cm diameter baking tin with parchment paper. In a large saucepan melt the butter, sugar, syrup and cocoa. Add the biscuits and raisins and stir.
Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and press it, then smooth the top with the back of a spoon. In the microwave melt both chocolates in short 20‑second intervals, stirring frequently until melted. Pour them over the mixture in the tin. Use a spatula or spoon to spread so everything is fully covered with chocolate.
Place the tin in the refrigerator and leave for about 2 hours to set, or overnight. Run a kitchen knife under hot water, then cut into squares.
