Transport yourself to a noisy American cocktail bar of the early 1900s with the Bronx cocktail. Imagine a martini with added orange juice – a rich, complex drink.
Pour the gin, both vermouths, orange juice and a generous handful of ice into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is very cold, then double-strain the drink into a coupe or martini glass.
Hold the orange peel strip over the cocktail to release its oils, then place it in the drink or discard it if you wish.
