cognac↗25ml ml
triple sec↗25ml ml
lemon juice1 tsp tsp
ice
orange zest↗
for garnish

Step-by-step instructions

Pour the rum, cognac, triple sec and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Shake well, then strain into a glass (a Nick & Nora style glass works perfectly). Garnish with orange zest before serving.
