  • cranberry sauce150 г g

    or shaurz (or vegetarian alternative)

  • vegetable oil

    for drizzling

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 1

Soften the butter, add the rosemary leaves and a pinch of spices, and mix well in a bowl. On a flour‑dusted surface, cut the ready dough into four pieces (if you are using pre‑made pizza dough, it is already divided). Roll each piece to a thickness of about 4 mm, covering the rest of the dough. Using a 7 cm cutter, cut out 30‑36 circles.

  2. 2

Spread rosemary butter on half of the circles, and cranberry sauce on the others. Fold each circle in half and join the two ends, forming “petals.”

  3. 3

Line a large baking tray with parchment paper. Place the camembert in its box (without the lid) in the center of the tray. Arrange a ring of “petals” around the box, alternating those brushed with rosemary butter and those brushed with cranberry sauce. Tuck the pointed ends under the box. Add another ring of petals, again tucking the ends under the previous layer. Continue until you have a neat pattern. Cover the tray with oil‑proof film and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, or until the volume has almost doubled. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (160 °C with convection/gas 4).

  4. 4

Remove the film, score the top of the cheese a few times. Insert rosemary sprigs, drizzle with oil and bake for 35‑40 minutes until golden‑brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
