A juicy turkey crown roasted in an air fryer becomes the star of your table. It cooks in half an hour, and the aroma of fresh herbs and citrus notes adds a festive mood. Try it—you’ll forget ordering from a restaurant!
Turn on the air fryer, set it to 180 °C and let it preheat for 2 minutes. Pat the turkey crown dry with a paper towel, brush it with vegetable oil, season to taste and sprinkle with dry herbs. If the basket has enough space, place the halved clementine, shallot, crushed garlic cloves and a few sprigs of fresh herbs inside; otherwise arrange them around the meat. In any case, place the crown skin‑side down in the air‑fryer basket.
Cook for 30 minutes, then carefully flip the crown skin‑side up and continue roasting for another 20–30 minutes, until the juices run clear when pierced at the thickest part and the internal temperature reaches 65 °C. Let the meat rest for 10 minutes, slice and serve.
