Use an air fryer to get golden, aromatic garlic bread in 10‑15 minutes – perfect alongside pizza, pasta or simply as a snack. Small baguettes or a ciabatta loaf work well, and you can add your favourite cheese if you like.
If using baguettes, slice them diagonally on top, leaving 2‑3 cm between the cuts without cutting all the way through. If you are using a ciabatta, cut it crosswise in half, then cut each half again crosswise to create mini‑slits resembling small pizzas.
In a bowl, combine the soft butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley, mixing thoroughly until smooth.
Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
Spread the garlic butter into the slits of the baguettes or onto the cut sides of the ciabatta, then sprinkle with grated parmesan (or cheddar) if using cheese.
Place the bread on a sheet of foil or parchment, transfer to the air fryer basket and bake for 8‑10 minutes until the top is golden and the cheese is browned. Depending on basket size you may need to cook in batches.
