While trying to boost the fiber in our diets, I tried using my traditional white bread recipe and substituted the 6-grain flour for some of the white flour. This bread turns out great every time and has become my husband's favorite so I make it a lot. I most often use the 6-grain flour, but any kind of whole grain flour works. If you like large pieces of bread, use 2 big loaf pans, if you like your slices smaller, use 3 medium pans. And I usually use my bread maker on the dough cycle but I use my Kitchen Aid if my bread machine is busy doing something else at the time.
Place all ingredients in your bread maker. Mix on dough cycle. When cycle is complete, remove from bread maker and shape into 2 large or 3 medium loaves. Let rise and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 22 minutes. Enjoy!
