Description
Shichimi togarashi is a traditional Japanese seven‑spice blend of dried red chili, Sichuan pepper, toasted sesame seeds, orange peel, nori seaweed, ginger and poppy seeds. It adds a fragrant, mildly spicy kick to soups, noodles, grilled meats and vegetables.
