   Place the blue cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add the celery, mix and season to taste. Cook the sausages according to the package instructions. Slice the brioche buns for hot dogs and fill each with a sausage, the blue‑cheese sauce and a drizzle of buffalo sauce. Top with crispy fried onions.
