• microwave popcorn80 g

  plain

• parmigiano-reggiano cheese↗1⁄3 cup

  room tempterature

• white truffle oil1 tablespoon
• butter↗1 tablespoon

  melted

• chives2 tablespoons

  chopped

• fresh ground pepper↗

Step-by-step instructions

   Microwave popcorn according to instructions on package.

   Transfer to a large bowl and sprinkle with cheese and toss. Dirzzle with truffle oil and melted butter and toss. Add chives and pepper.

   Mix well. Transfer to a large serving bowl or individual paper bags.
