Sauerkraut Candy

• cocoa powder↗1 1⁄4 cups
• evaporated milk↗1 cup
• sauerkraut, drained, chopped↗1 cup
• semisweet chocolate↗12 ounces
• sugar↗4 cups
• vanilla↗1 teaspoon
• miniature marshmallows10 ounces

Step-by-step instructions

   Boil sugar, cocoa and evaporated milk to soft boil stage.(234*).

   Add chocolate chips and vanilla and stir till chips are melted.

   Beat in marshmallows and kraut(KRAUT MUST BE WELL RINSED AND DRAINED.ALMOST DRY.).

   Beat till thoroughly combined.and pour into buttered pans to set.

   Cool and cut into squares.
