   Pour the vodka and passion fruit liqueur into a tumbler or copper cup. Add the fresh passion fruit pulp and mix to combine.

   Add ice to a tumbler until it is three‑quarters full, then top up with the ginger beer. Stir gently. Finish with a lime wedge to serve.
