I found this on the Goosberry Patch website several years ago. It didn't have a name so I came up with this one. It is simple and delicious. You must use the Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar for it to taste right. Toss with greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, bacon bits, onion, strawberries, and cheddar cheese or your own salad combination. Delicious!

extra virgin olive oil↗1⁄2 cup
marukan seasoned gourmet rice vinegar↗1⁄2 cup

Step-by-step instructions

Combine oil and vinear together in a container with a tight fitting lid.
