This strawberry milkshake has undergone a monster-like transformation, with white chocolate, Lucky Charms and crushed pink meringues.

Ingredients

2 serv.
  • white chocolate50g g
  • Lucky Charms cerealhandful

    for garnish

  • strawberries400g g

    peeled and halved, a few left for garnish

  • full-fat milk200ml ml
  • ice cream with whipped cream3 large scoops
  • whipped cream2 generous squirts of
  • mini pink meringues1

    crushed into pieces

  • handful of dried strawberries

    for garnish

  • cotton candy10g g

Step-by-step instructions

    In a microwave‑safe bowl melt the chocolate in the microwave for 2 minutes on high power. Using a pastry brush generously coat the chocolate around the rims of two 400 ml jars. Press the Lucky Charms onto the chocolate and let it set for 1 minute.

    Meanwhile place the strawberries in a blender or smoothie mixer and blend to a purée. Add the milk and blend again. Add the ice cream and blend until smooth.

    Pour the milkshake into the two jars, filling them two‑thirds full. Squeeze the whipped cream so it protrudes from the jars. Sprinkle each jar with the crushed meringues and add a few reserved strawberries. Top with the frozen dried strawberries and place the cotton candy on top. Serve with straws and a long spoon.
