Step-by-step instructions

   Shake the ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

   For garnish: hold a 3 cm round piece of orange zest about 10 cm above your cocktail and carefully pass it over a lit match or lighter flame. Bend the outer edge of the zest toward the flame to release orange oils, then drop the zest into the drink.
