Chocolate orange hot chocolate

• milk↗150ml ml
• double cream↗50ml ml
• orange zest
• dark chocolate↗50g g

  sliced

• orange liqueur↗25ml ml

Step-by-step instructions

   Heat the milk, cream and orange zest together in a saucepan until it boils, then remove from heat and strain through a sieve into a jug to remove the zest. Return the infused milk mixture to the saucepan and add the chocolate, stirring until the chocolate melts and becomes very smooth.

   Place the saucepan back on the heat to warm, then add the orange liqueur. Pour into a cup and serve.
