  • Con Queso
  • butter1⁄2 cup
  • package taco seasoning mix1
  • cups Chex cereal8
  • cups cheese nips2
  • cups miniature nacho cheese tortilla chips2
  • Caramel Crunch
  • cups Chex cereal5
  • cups plain popcorn4
  • cup honey roasted peanuts1
  • cup butter1⁄4
  • teaspoons brown sugar6
  • teaspoons light corn syrup (light in color)2
  • teaspoon vanilla extract1⁄2

Step-by-step instructions

    Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

    Melt butter in a roasting pan in oven.

    Mix in seasonings.

    Gradually stir in all dry ingredients.

    Toss well.

    Bake at 250* for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

    Spread on paper towel to cool.
