Alcohol‑Free Amaretto Sour

• pineapple juice↗100 мл ml
• lemon juice50 мл ml
• egg white½
• cherry syrup10 мл ml

  from cocktail cherries (or more to taste), plus cherries for garnish

Step-by-step instructions

   Pour pineapple juice, lemon juice, egg white, cherry syrup and a few drops of almond extract into a blender; blend on high speed until the mixture becomes pale and increases in volume.

   If your blender can handle ice, add a few ice cubes and pulse again to chill the drink; if not, stir the ice manually until the glass is cold.

   Pour the finished mixture into chilled glasses and garnish with cherries before serving.
