Take the air fryer and make incredibly crisp Yorkshire puddings — quickly, energy‑efficiently and without any hassle. Try it, and you’ll see why this gadget belongs in your kitchen!

Ingredients

4 serv.
  • sunflower or vegetable oil2 tsp
  • plain flour70 g
  • eggs2
  • milk100 ml

Step-by-step instructions

    Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C. In each of the four heat‑proof pudding molds, pour ½ tsp of oil, place them in the device and leave for 5 minutes, until the oil is hot.

    Meanwhile, sift the flour into a large bowl, then whisk in the eggs. Add the milk (100 ml) and whisk until smooth, season to taste and mix again.

    Pour a quarter of the batter into each mold and bake for 10–12 minutes, until the puddings rise and turn golden. Carefully flip them with a knife and fork or two spoons and cook for another 3–5 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
