Marinate the wings in a fragrant soy‑cranberry sauce, then quickly crisp them in an air fryer for a crunchy, juicy party snack.
Pat the chicken wings dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper napkin – this helps achieve a crispy crust. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C. In a small bowl combine soy sauce, cranberry sauce, dried oregano, chopped garlic, ginger paste (or grated fresh ginger) and vegetable oil.
Place the wings in a large bowl, pour over the prepared marinade and toss well so each wing is evenly coated. If you don’t plan to cook them immediately, spread the wings in a sealed container and freeze – they can be stored for up to three months.
Arrange the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding. Cook for 15–20 min at 200 °C (or 20–25 min at 180 °C if using frozen wings), flipping halfway through, until the meat is done and the skin turns golden‑brown. Depending on the size of your air fryer you may need to cook in batches.
