Enjoy juicy, aromatic brownies that blend the bitterness of dark chocolate with the tenderness of white chocolate. Made in an air fryer they’re quick, energy‑efficient and free of excess fat.

Ingredients

8 serv.
  • unsalted butter125g g
  • dark chocolate125g g

    coarsely chopped

  • eggs2
  • fine sugar175g g
  • plain flour80g g
  • cocoa powder20g g
  • white chocolate (chunks)40g g

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 1

Melt the butter together with the dark chocolate in a small saucepan over low heat or in the microwave in 30‑second intervals until the mixture is smooth. Let it cool slightly. Line a square baking pan (that fits in your air fryer) with parchment paper.

  2. 2

Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C. Using an electric mixer, whisk the eggs, fine sugar and a pinch of salt until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.

  3. 3

Sift the flour and cocoa powder, fold them into the melted chocolate‑butter mixture. Using a spatula, gently stir until the ingredients are evenly combined, then add the white chocolate chunks and stir again.

  4. 4

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the air fryer for 25–35 minutes until the brownies are set but still slightly soft in the centre. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
