Easy Peasy Mini Cheese Cakes

• Oreo cookies, crushed12
• unsalted butter, melted↗3 tablespoons
• cream cheese, room temperature↗1

  (8 ounce)

• nutella2⁄3 cup
• real vanilla extract↗1 teaspoon
• whipped cream↗

  plus extra for garnish, fresh is best

Step-by-step instructions

   In medium bowl mix togther the crumbs and butter. Then evenly divide into dishes, glasses or ramikins making sure to pack them into the bottom.

   With an electric mixer, mix the nutella, cream cheese and vanilla togther.

   With a large spoon or spatula gently fold in 8 (ounces) of the wipped cream.

   Spoon into the dish of your choice and top with whipped cream and garnish.

   Serve right away or chill till serving.
