Who said cereal is only for breakfast? Make these tasty milk ice lollies with honey‑nutty corn flakes – kids will love them.
Pour the milk and double cream over the honey‑nut corn flakes and let sit for 1 hour, until the flakes become completely soft and the milk takes on a cereal flavor. Strain the liquid through a sieve into a jug, leaving the flakes behind—you’ll obtain about 350 ml of liquid (do not force the flakes through, otherwise the lollies will become cloudy). Divide into six ice‑lolly molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
