This blender lemonade is the simplest way to make lemonade! Just blend a few lemons, a bit of sugar and several glasses of water. Strain and enjoy!
Cut the lemons and lime into wedges (quarters or eighths depending on size). Place them in the blender with water and sugar. Blend on high speed for about a minute or until the lemons soften and the water takes on a lemonade appearance. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes so the softened lemon pieces rise to the top of the blender.
Strain the lemonade through a metal sieve into a large pitcher. You may need to do this in batches to clear the lemon pieces from the sieve. KEEP the lemon pieces! Use the mixture for cakes, fruit desserts, jams, pastries, or simply to clean a garbage disposal in the sink.
Add the sweetened condensed milk to the lemonade in the pitcher. Stir to combine, or pulse quickly in the blender. After about 15 minutes the lemonade separates, so have a wooden spoon ready and stir quickly before serving.
