Delicate apple pudding in individual glass cups, covered with aromatic crème fraîche and a crunchy cornflake crumble – an ideal dessert that melts in the mouth.
Place the apples, fine sugar and 3 tbsp water in a saucepan, cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes until the apples become soft.
Divide the resulting mixture into 4 glass cups and let it cool. Meanwhile, in a large bowl heat the golden syrup and butter in the microwave for 1 minute until melted. Add the cornflakes and mix thoroughly so they are evenly coated.
Top the cooled apples with crème fraîche, then sprinkle with the corn topping.
