How to choose
Choose fully opened, creamy‑white heads without yellowing or wilting; the aroma should be fresh and sweet, not bitter. For dried flowers look for uniform colour and no signs of mold.
How to store
Fresh flowers keep in the refrigerator wrapped in paper for 2‑3 days or can be frozen. Dried flowers should be stored in an airtight glass jar in a cool, dry place for up to 12 months.
