Description
Matcha is a finely ground green tea powder made from shade‑grown Camellia sinensis leaves that are steamed, dried and stone‑milled. It has a vivid green color, a rich umami flavor, and is used in Japanese tea ceremonies, as well as in beverages, desserts and smoothies.
