Korean short ribs (galbi) are thick cuts of beef short rib that are marinated in soy sauce, sugar, garlic, sesame oil and pear juice, then grilled or broiled. The result is tender, caramel‑glazed meat commonly served with rice and fresh vegetables.

How to choose
